4 Top Reasons For You To Consider When Applying For A Nursing Scholarship

Getting a nursing degree is a great way to ensure a lifetime of employment opportunities. With hospitals all over the country feeling the pinch of a nursing shortage, there are jobs available almost everywhere. Unfortunately, paying for the necessary classes isn’t as easy as finding a job once the work is completed. This is where nursing scholarship opportunities can really help.

When applying for nursing scholarship opportunities, it’s a very good idea to seek out every available scholarship. Apply for them all - big and small. While it might seem silly to chase after a bunch of small nursing scholarship opportunities, the truth is it’s a good idea to do just that. Of course, apply for the big ones, too, but don’t forget the little scholarships can help offset the costs of books, supplies and other necessary items to get a person through school. This way if a big one comes through, great. If it doesn’t, perhaps the smaller scholarships will help pick up the slack.

Applying for nursing scholarship offers can be a difficult process, but it’s one that will pay off in the end for many. The biggest reasons to apply for nursing scholarship opportunities include:

* Availability. With a nursing shortage that seems to show no sign of ending, there’s an abundance of nursing scholarship opportunities available. This means it’s very likely for applicants to make the cut.

* It makes college go smoother. Just check out the price of tuition at most major institutes of higher learning and the importance of a nursing scholarship will become crystal clear. Having access to a scholarship can mean the difference between an easy ride through school or trying to struggle with difficult classes and work, too.

* A better start in life. Student loans are great, but if you can get a nursing scholarship and avoid them all together, it’s a good idea to do so. The problem with student loans is they have to be paid back. Scholarships are gifts that don’t require repayment other than your personal success in school.

* Prestige. Some nursing scholarship awards are considered rather prestigious. These look great on resumes down the road.

Getting a nursing scholarship isn’t necessarily the easiest of ventures, but it’s one that should be attempted by anyone who doesn’t want to pay the high price of tuition. Taking the burden of paying off the student, these free learners up to do nothing but learn.

Don’t let the cost of tuition stand in your way to a great and rewarding career. Aluminum Oxide to Disrupt Laser Weapons

In a defensive move to eliminate communication of an enemy, an offensive system using a chemical laser would be a good idea. In manufacturing we have lasers, which coat materials so they can be combined or heat-treated in the application process. This process of depositing coatings by lasers is known in manufacturing as Direct Metal Deposition (DMD) is a generative laser process.

With an airborne chemical laser you could coat the enemies communications, such as antenna, laser optical components with aluminum oxide dust.

eoc-inc.com/lbp/contamination.pdf

By contaminating out bound CO2 lasers or Argon Laser components with aluminum oxides our enemy will be unable to fire upon our aircraft, UAVs, Smart Flying Technologies or incoming weapons. Once the enemy is rendered without defense a small time period could be given for surrender or submission of our political will in exchange for being spared the destructive issues, which come with war. Perhaps this might be a last chance to overt war and although it could further complicate Boyd’s ‘OODA Loop’ it would also be quite benevolent in the events leading up to our beyond limited war. As the enemy’s options are eliminated in a pre-chaos and confusion added step, our ability to negotiate a favorable settlement before surgical removal of those who wish us or our allies ill will.

A small UAV could be employed to sprinkle aluminum oxide dust by way of a small fire cracker type system which would explode near the laser from a single mission UAV or MAV. Another possibility would be a directed discharge of a laser beam for a couple of seconds from the UAV as the last event of that robotic mechanism.

Once coated the laser would not function correctly, antennas and radar would not function correctly. If the enemy failed to comply then another chemical or heat laser could be sent onto the surface and cause additional havoc.
